  1. Erm… anna Wintor may be saving face now days by ‘speaking out’ (under guidance from her publicist team!) against ‘pre pubescent sized models’ but according to multiple sources she is very much a trigger for the world of the fashionably thin- she feels that girls who work in her office must be very thin to ‘adequately portray the fahion industry’ and she critises actresses (oprah winfrey) on their weight and makes weight loss a condition for her cover shoots. fat should be a minimal portion of our bodies. muscle should be the second largest component and bone the largest. Two people could be an identical weight, one majority fat and another bone and muscle. Build, etc defines this too. But basicaly our natural (instinctive) sexual attraction is embodied by their fitness and diet and the effect this has had on their figure. it is the external sign of health, and health is crucial. Encouraging overweight people, most prone to disorders such as depression due to lack of excercise and malnutrition due to high carb/saturated fat foods helps no-one. Anorexia becomes an issue if ones life is not appropriatele balanced. A steady strict diet and excercise discpline combined with well rounded acrivities can only enhance ones self image.
