Toronto handbag designer, 442 McAdam, will be hosting its only Pop-Up Shop of 2012 this weekend (Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm) at the Gladstone Hotel, 1214 Queen Street West. The Shop will feature the entire inventory of 442 McAdam’s collections, from vintage to current. 442 McAdam is a line of luxury leather handbags created by industry veteran Sarah Shell. The entire collection is handmade in Canada and features Italian leather, durable hardware and equestrian detailing, making these bags timeless and practical as well as beautiful.
Photographer Erin Simkin will also showcase her work at the pop-up shop. Erin has traveled around the world, building a collection of images that presents the diversification of beauty and texture between cultures. (I love the sound of this!) In addition, expect to see a broad selection of vintage eyeglasses from brands such as Dior, Courege, Ray Ban and DVF.
